HAIRS!

Ok, so I'll be honest. Some of my earlier retextures looked like shit. Seriously, donkey poo. To the point that I was in game, before it went kasplewey, and realized I don't even use those hairs because of the texture. So I redone them! Onto the ginormous picture!

THESE ARE NOT NEW RETEXTURES. JUST UPDATED VERSIONS OF PREVIOUS ONES.

As you can tell, I made it so that the textures look "fluffy." They don't look as "greasy" anymore. Plus with the newer textures, the color difference between the highlights and the lowlights aren't as drastic. Credit goes to the afforementioned creators of the hairs, and pooks. Inside the download is a folder. The folders are numbered according to their pictures. So hair in picture 1. is in folder numbered 1. Plus the only thing I changed about the file names, is that there is a "V.2" at the end. So easy to remove which hairs you don't want, and easy to find the older versions! Enjoy!

I'm assuming these are .package files? Just asking because of all the problem the new TS3 patches are causing with .package/Resource.cfg files.

They are .package files. From what I've read/gathered it's issues with .package files being built with the older versions of programs. So I have had all of the programs updated, and they work just fine in my game... well before AM destroyed it. XD If there are any issues just remove the .package files, restart your computer, and clear out your caches in your My Documents folder.

Thank you very much. :) If you liked the old ones I'm sure you will like these better. For example with 9., it was WAAY to dark in game. Now that I figured out the problem, it has been fixed. Also because I was able to fix that issue on my newer hairs, the texture on these will match up with those. :)

I have a mac and your hair is the only one that ever works on my game. I have figured it out that only zip files with exec format work for some odd reason but I'm not gonna knock what is working. I just wanted to say thanks for allowing my sims to be beautiful.

I also have a mac.. and i LOVE your hairs :)
but i don't know how to get .zip hairs into my game :( please help!

Well the zip that you download is just the way I use to package up the files. The actual files are within the zip and you need a program to open it. I use winrar, because I have a PC. I'm not sure what you would have to get for a mac though. :\ I'm sorry I can't be of more help.

Do you have to have the origional hairs to download these? Sorry, im so confused .

Nope! If this is your first time downloading them, they will work the same. These were just retextures of some of the earlier hairs I had worked on, and I tried to make them look better. :)

Do you think you can make a separate download link for just hair #7? It's my favorite one and it's taking several hours if it's a gigantic download file (40 something MB). O_O It would be much appreciated. :) Keep up the great work! Your re-textures are so better!
