Policy:
Most of what I do is because there are other creators out there who provided a base. So really all I can ask is that my wishes of not having my creations reposted to a paysite, and that if you do use my content, please at least name drop. ;)

About Requests as of 04/05/2010:
I am not taking requests at the moment. In the future this might change, but considering how much of a flake I am, and how busy I am, I do not see a plausible scenario for me to not only take requests but complete them as well without someone and either side being disappointed.
 

Sims 2 Project List:
~Re-retexture all the old hairs I've done into pooklet's textures:
-Time is of the essence
-Not all the angel's sit at heaven's table
-Busy with boredom
-Sweeter than candy on a stick
~Learn meshing!
Game is gone. Completely uninstalled. Maybe one day when I reinstall it, I will work on this list.

Sims 3 Project List:
~Learn hair converting
~Learn clothing meshing.
~Learn how to convert objects. (Need a refresher.)
~Start trying to figure out how to extract, and retexture store hairs.
~Stop avoiding Peggy hairs because of her terrible habit of releasing childrens hairs the next week. *Getting better!
~To a completer set of Pooklet's neons, and the one or two naturals I left out. *Hopefully before the new colors release. Has been done already at GOS secret santa 2010.
~Retexture Ambitions hairs. Done, but might redo with a different texture.
~Learn how to open up peggy's hairs and resize them/reassign them to correct bones.


Will edit later to reflect more ideas/completions. As always:

Umm to be completely honest, I'm not entirely sure. I currently have about 7 other folders on my desktop of projects, not including the HELS hair retextures that all need picture previews or just minor tweaking. I will try to motivate myself to get those retextures more towards the top of the list though. :)

Yes. I am terribly sorry. It's just that I'm having a hard time matching them to the way the other hairs were done, while still getting the highlights proper, plus some of the men hairs are showing up kind of wonky given the way they are mapped. I would say I am about 90% complete with all the tweaks. :)

Do you think you can fix this Liana outfit? I really dislike that tiny flower on there, but the outfit would be better without the flower. Anyway, I hope you can fix this because this is a great outfit.

To be honest, I'm not sure. I can say that I will try but it might be better to go request it at a forum like GOS. Mainly because I'm kinda of a flake on things as you can tell with my list of things that never change. :P

I'm glad you like the skintone! First of all, I can try, but I can't promise anything. Right now I have a lot on my plate, it could take a while to get to it. If you request it at a site for someone to do, I will provide the .psd's for anyone who wants to take it on though!

I'm truly sorry I can't. But with easter, and I've recently had a death in the family, and work, it's been quite hectic. :(

It's ok. Thank you though. But like I said, if you request it, I'll gladly provide the face .psd's for anyone, that way it will save them time from having to extract and texture and try to fix pixelation that extracting causes and all that jazz. :)

I just discovered your blog. I was looking for Newsea's hair (Love Affair) for sims 2 and I ended up here. Yours is pretty much better than Newsea, but I don't like sims 3...

I love Labyrinth as well. I remember being really young and I thought David Bowie was the hottest thing on earth. And all the trolls scared me. Even to this day I have a hard time watching it in the dark.

Peggy's sideways braid?

It may be messed up bone assignments or something else, but I found that when I put it on my Sim and then use the eye corner height slider, instead of just adjusting the height of the eye corners, it moves the entire top of the head up and down! I checked other hairs I have and this is the only one where I have this problem.

I don't know if it's a problem on your end or Peggy's, but I suspect it is Peggy's since I read that some of her earlier donation/pay hairs were poorly made. I was just wondering if it is possible that you could fix it? If not, that's ok.

I appreciate you pointing that out! I will put a disclaimer on that hair.

Unfortunately, I can't mesh to save my life. Well I'm sure if was to save my life I would probably learn, but I digress... I can't really fix it. :( You can try messaging Jordy, Anubis, Savio, or even bringing it to Peggy's attention. If someone decides to take it on, I will retexture it again with the new assignments.

It appears I spoke too soon, though. The same problem persists on Peggy's sideways pony too (file name: Missbonbon_Peggyfh0022_sexysidewayspony).

Peggy is really shitty to sell fucked up hairs. I should go through and test all my Peggy hairs and see if there are others that have this problem.

Edit: OMG, is this a problem on all Peggy's hairs?

I haven't tested any Peggy child hairs but I won't be surprised if they have this problem, too.

I am so pissed off at this incompetent, greedy bitch right now. First she plagues every hair with stupid dark roots and now this? This is a much greater problem than the dark roots because at least that problem can be fixed with a retexture. She needs to go back and learn how to fix every single one of these hairs, especially since she has so many pay items.

The word about this needs to be spread. Can you make a post on PMBD or something? Also, could you do a test of the eye corner height slider on some of the Peggy hairs you have just to make sure I'm not going crazy? haha I compared it to some Newsea hairs and other hairs I have and Peggy's are the only ones I see doing this. :(

I know it's frustrating. I can't wait for Savio to feel comfortable with meshing to start releasing new meshes. Or for even Nouk to come back. It's always a drag whenever I retexture something that pretty much the only options out there are EA hairs... or well pay hairs. :(

As for the word, most people already know about Peggy's wonkiness. That shouldn't be a shocker to really anyone who has extensive work with Peggy's hairs. I forget the name of it, but there used to be a website that was primarily dedicated to fixing Peggy's meshing issues.

But if you want to make a post about it yourself, feel free. :) I would recommend putting it in either the photoshop thread, with the appropriate pictures, or making a post about it in the Ugliest creations thread.

I know I have had a few Peggy hairs in the past. Only one of them I had retextured, and released before realizing the issue. (Well obviously before you pointed out some extras.) So I doubt it's you going crazy and more or less Peggy just likes to crank shit out. :)
