Whats this!? Hair!? ZOMG

Heh... yup. I'm pretty much a lazy bastard when it comes to previews. Thus I am kerplunking serveral projects right here!

Please note, the original mesh had a weird shine to it with darker colors. On most hairs this is natural, BUT the original was way worse than it should have been. I have gone in and edited it, so it's less shiny. :)

Please note, the original had a weird clippy thingie in the back. Obviously with my pictures, I have removed the weird clip. BUT I don't know exactly how to remove hairs out of the accessories, so it's still under the "Hat" category. :(

Thank you. :) Personally, I think Caxy's texture was just as good. It was just her specular had to much of a contrast between black and white.

Thank you very much. :) Newsea is becoming one of the more confusing/easy hairs to rexture as well. They put everything on one big texture file, which is awesome, but it suchs for alpha editing. I would have loved to remove some of those wisps that are on Newsea Iris.

Which one conflicts? That might be an issue you would want to bring up with original creator, to see if they can fix it.

I had no idea you were sick and I'm really sorry to hear that, I hope you get better though :)

I did wanna you that I read how you do no know how to remove hairs out of the accessories well I do, what I use is a very simple tool at mts called CAS Texture Unitool all you have to do is load up the file you want and then un-click it from the extended category and make sure that hair is checked only since thats what you want it to be under instead of hat, its so easy cause if I can do it literally anyone should be able to cause I have no skills at all lol.
I did this with the original file changed it to the hair section instead of hat and I've done it with other hairs I've downloaded so its really simple to do.

Unfortunately I can't really mesh very well yet. My attempts have been less than satisfactory. I would suggest asking the original creators if it's an issue they can solve.

Girl, could you retexture some good hairs from newsea at tsr, she makes cool hairs , u do extra retexturing job.

First of all, I just wanted to say that I love your retextures that you do. They are all beautiful.

However, I wanted to know if any of these hairs have the problem of changing in the shower or when the Sim is naked? I downloaded your retexture of Ulker's fashionista 001 (the side bun) and I noticed that the hair changes when a sim is in the shower or gets naked. Ulker and Newsea's hairs are notorious for this problem, so I certainly am not blaming you. I downloaded Newsea's Viking/16 hair and it switched in the shower to another hair and when I downloaded Savio's conversion of this same hair, it didn't have the problem.

I read a suggestion by Hysterical Paroxysm in this thread (http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=361595&c=1&ht=0&page=2&pp=25#startcomments) that enabled someone to fix the problem of the hair changing when the sim is naked. I was wondering if you could fix the Ulker hair and also if you had time to do a retexture of her Fashionista 3 (http://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims3-hair-hairstyles-female/title/Hair%20Fashionista%203/id/924067/) hair so that it doesn't have the problem of changing when a sim gets nude. If so, could you reupload it on PMBD? I would really appreciate it! :)

Also, I want to thank you for PMBD. I don't think it's right for consumers to sell stuff for the Sims, especially when it doesn't even work properly. Ulker and Newsea are continually selling hairs with this problem and it's a total ripoff of people's money.

To be honest, I'm not sure if they change in the shower. I usually play with either two sims, and being a control freak, I just line up actions and don't pay attention to when they get in/out of the shower, or I speed up the game to the point that I can't tell. From this moment on though, I'll make sure to check them. (And now I have this urge to go back through ALL the hairs I've ever done and check them. O_o)

Thank you for pointing out HP's comments. I'll see what I can do about the hairs now though. As for Ulker's hair, I can put it on my project list, but like I say before, I'm not making any promises. Mainly because, I'm a flake. :P I tend to take a while with things, so if it's something you would like done urgently, may I suggest GOS? And even if I did retexture/fix it, I can't upload it to PMBD. Mainly because PMBD isn't in the business of fixing pay crap. ;)

And your welcome for PMBD. Just keep in mind if you know anyone that has a subscription and is aikin to walk on the "bad" side, send them to Ash_Redfern.

But it depends on the model. My newer ones mostly use my skin, whereas my older ones use either's HP's skins, or Kanno's moonlight skins.

Awesome hairstyles! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE your retexture of Cazy 11, but could you upload it to a different host? Mediafire's recently been giving me a problem, and I don't know why. =\

I'm sorry. I usually try to do "hair purges" every now and again. I try to rotate out hairs I don't use to make way for the new stuff so not to lag my game to terribly. I think that's one that I have out on rotation. Usually continually trying the mediafire link will eventually yield positive results.

Is the retexture from the 'Newsea Iris' just for adults or for both toddlers and children?
